Apple takes Regent Street office space Previous reports that Apple UK may vacate its Stockley Park premises may be mistaken – but the company has taken 25,800 square feet of offices above its Regent Street store. Estates Gazette Interactive reporter Paul Yandall reports: “Apple will shift its European headquarters from Paris to London when it becomes the first tenant at Crown Estate’s and Stanhope’s 1 Hanover Street in Mayfair in 2005.” Apple has signed a 15-year lease on the office space, with one year’s free rental.
